I purchased the dent & ding insurance for my vehicle. After filing a claim to repair two very small dings, my vehicle was assigned to Hammerhead. I spoke to Rob very briefly while he was busy and he said he would contact me later to schedule a time for me. I did not hear from him for a couple of days, so I reached out to him by phone and text a few times. I did not receive a response to either. I contacted the insurance company to make them aware that I was having a hard time getting a response. They attempted to reach out to him, also with no luck. I continued calling and texting Rob for next couple of days but still could not get a response. I contacted the insurance company and they again attempted to reach out to him. They were again unsuccessful. This went on for a total of 20 days before I was finally reassigned to a different repair company.
